The presentation " Stress Management at the Beginning of the Architect's Professional Career" was directed towards professors and students from the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism at the University of Belgrano.

Firstly, a description of the neuropsychology of stress was provided, distinguishing between Eustress (positive) and Distress, and how the latter impacts both physiologically and psychologically. Secondly, we discussed stress related to the process of transitioning from university life to the workplace as well as the difficulties this can carry. Thirdly, the specificities and stress factors in the workplace were explored, along with strategies to combat burnout. Lastly, various techniques were presented to activate the relaxation response, enabling gradual stress regulation and prevention of excessive stress and burnout.

For me, it was a delight to share this presentation with the professors and students. The warmth and positive attitude of everyone involved contributed to the successful development of the event and for it to be an enriching experience.
